Super Easy Paleo Chicken Salad

I love recipes that YOU get to control the amounts.  This is one of those.  I also add green onions to my version of this and it's lovely.   This recipe came from the lovely Stacey Bieberitz. 
  • Shredded or chopped cooked chicken
  • blueberries
  • grapes (chopped)
  • cherry tomatoes (chopped)
  • cucumber (chopped)
  • cashews
  • poppy seeds
  • Paleo approved MAYO (or plain greek yogurt if you're not on Paleo)

Mix ingredients together and wrap in lettuce or serve over lettuce, or eat from the bowl ( aka: katie hill style).
