I love recipes that YOU get to control the amounts. This is one of those. I also add green onions to my version of this and it's lovely. This recipe came from the lovely Stacey Bieberitz.
- Shredded or chopped cooked chicken
- grapes (chopped)
- cherry tomatoes (chopped)
- cucumber (chopped)
- poppy seeds
- Paleo approved MAYO (or plain greek yogurt if you're not on Paleo)
Mix ingredients together and wrap in lettuce or serve over lettuce, or eat from the bowl ( aka: katie hill style).
